White Globe transforms legacy technical content into structured, digital-ready documentation — built for scale, built for service, built to meet the highest engineering standards.
Engineering-intensive enterprises carry years of valuable technical knowledge locked in formats that can't support digital platforms, global service networks, or modern compliance requirements.
We are not a writing agency. We are a documentation transformation partner — from information architecture through multilingual deployment.
A seven-stage delivery methodology designed for programme-scale documentation transformation — not one-off writing projects.
CHAPTER 4 — ENGINE OIL CHANGE PROCEDURE Once you have made sure the vehicle has been left to stand and cool down for an appropriate period of time (this is very important), you can then proceed to locate the drain plug which should be found near the bottom of the engine (see diagram on pg. 47). After finding the plug, use a suitable tool to carefully loosen and then remove it. Allow the oil to drain into a container. When draining seems to have finished, replace the plug and top up the oil using the filler cap at the top. Note: Use the correct grade of oil. See specifications list elsewhere.

// BEFORE — Uncontrolled language "Once you have made sure the vehicle has been left to stand and cool down for an appropriate period of time (this is very important)..." // AFTER — ASD-STE100 compliant WARNING Hot coolant can cause severe burns. CAUTION Do not drain oil from a hot engine. Step 1. Stop the engine. Step 2. Wait 30 minutes for the engine to cool. Step 3. Put the drain pan below the drain plug (PN 445-DRN-B).
Our expertise is standards-driven and platform-neutral. We bring the architecture — you choose the tools.
Client names are confidential. Programme outcomes are not.
Not a writing agency. Not a translation bureau. A documentation transformation partner with the architecture, domain expertise, and delivery infrastructure that enterprise-scale programmes require.
Whether you are managing a legacy transformation programme, launching new product documentation, or preparing for a digital platform migration — the first step is an honest assessment. We deliver ours in five business days.
